近幾年因食安風暴的爆發讓消費者對於飲食充滿了恐懼感，藉由主題教學讓學生了解食材選擇的重要性，並且能落實到生活上應用。

小心！新興毒品在身邊，拒當新興毒品白老鼠

本單元利用模型說明腳掌、腳踝和手掌、手腕的結構，並讓學生透過黏土的製作了解腳踝和手腕骨頭如何組成，以及在日常活動及運動中的功能。以小劇場、鏡子遊戲等活動，讓學生知道手和腳各個關節如何活動和表現，對手足能有更多的認識。

本單元透過繪圖、模型引導方式讓學生認識身體結構，包括頭部與頸部的接連關係、脊椎的結構及重要性，透過浮條、棍子等輔助器材，讓學生體會脊椎的雙S線，以及跟著音樂及適當的引導與進行各種活化脊椎的活動，進而安全、正確的使用身體。

(1)地板-滾翻能力：利用各式滾翻讓學生在體驗中，了解身體重心的改變、腹背肌群的使用及身體的控制，透過不倒翁、抱膝搖籃、雞蛋滾、炸油條、007側滾及大象前滾翻等前導動作的練習，建立學生對身體的認知與操作之基本能力，進而學習地板前滾翻之動作。(2)地板-支撐能力：讓學生學習正確的支撐方式，利用御飯糰及Ｌ型支撐等練習方法來學習支撐時的身體位置與用力情形，進而學習靠牆背倒立動作，影片中以火車過山洞的遊戲，來增進教學之趣味性。(3)平衡木-平衡能力：利用平衡木（或相關設備）等器材，透過模仿動物、單足平衡及跨越障礙等動作，讓學生學習並感受身體以不同方式，在不同寬度及高度時，身體之平衡與控制，並以攻佔堡壘的遊戲增進活動之樂趣，進而達到提升平衡能力之效果。

本系列教學短片，由淡江大學「淡江日文營」製作。目的在於提供國民中小學利用「彈性學習課程」導入日語與日本文化學習相關社團，或普通高中於第二外語課程實施Level-1～Level-2日語教學時，任課教師可依據學習內容需求，做為課程中穿插日語活動的具體參考。在日本，劍玉是用來訓練學童手眼協調，以及培養耐心的玩具。本單元學習目標與日文單字、進行步驟等，說明如下:（1）學習目標：經由影片的說明，能瞭解日本傳統童玩「けん玉（Kendama）」在台灣被稱為「日月球(日月ボール)」的由來與玩法。能透過體驗學習，引發對日本傳統文化的興趣，探索日台文化的關聯性。（2）日語表現：單字:玩具（おもちゃ）、けん玉、剣（けん）、玉（たま）、日月（にちげつ）ボール、得意技（とくいわざ）、大皿（おおざら）、中皿（ちゅうざら）、小皿（こざら）、止め剣（とめけん）、もしかめ、剣玉達人（けんだまたつじん）、人差し指（ひとさしゆび）、中指（なかゆび）、親指（おやゆび）（3）準備道具：在台灣老街可購買到的傳統日月球，以及競技用劍玉 (台灣自己有工廠出產，日本或美國也有相關協会公認)兩種款式。在國內兩款皆可輕易網購。（4）進行步驟 ：1. 課程的進行以「說明→體驗→思考→溝通交流・發表(意見交換、透過文字語言發表想法) 」為主軸，希望透過文化體驗活動，引導學生將所學付諸「→行動」。2.教師首先藉由影片輔助，說明在台灣老街的「柑仔店」，日本鄉下稱為「駄菓子屋（だがしや）」販售的傳統玩具-劍玉的歷史由來，以及遊戲方式。3.讓學生輪流體驗傳統與改良後的劍玉，玩起來的難易度有何不同。教師可以用傳統扯鈴，和現代的競技用培鈴為例，讓學生在體驗同時，思考傳統與現代運動型童玩的差異。4.透過親身體驗、比較，說出或寫出傳統與現代劍玉在外觀與使用上的異同，以及控球是否穩固的原因(例如:球與中間孔洞的大小尺寸、材質、將球噴漆和上金油的功用等)。在享受童玩的樂趣時，體會做任何事情都要透過不停的練習，才能達到熟能生巧；同時引發探索日本文化，以及今後相關學習的興趣。
