壹、 作品名稱：我是報時高手貳、 製作單位：歸仁國小參、 作者：蔡伶枝肆、 適用領域：實用數學伍、 適用對象：國小啟智班、國小普通班低年級陸、 設計動機：一、 在生活中時間是看不見也摸不著的東西，但對於每個人在活動中是息息相關的，所以學會如何看讀時鐘是生活上必備的技能。二、 製作「大時鐘」，藉由自行操作方式學習、增進 認識時間用語、報讀整點、半點、幾點幾分， 提升時間管理概念。三、 製作「闖關遊戲—時間大考驗」，從遊戲中評 量各種已學習過的認知。四、 藉由撥動長、短針及闖關遊戲等，進行競賽活動，提高學生的學習興趣。

一、作品名稱：立體圖形小高手二、製作單位：台南市南區新興國小三、作　　者：張蘊慈四、適用領域：數學科五、適用對象：視覺障礙者、智能障礙……各身心障礙類別學童六、設計動機： 有感於身障者學習數學不利，尤其面對立體幾何的學習(約五上課程)，會面臨許多奇形怪狀的變化幾何圖形，常造成許多身障者學習上的困擾。視障者由於視覺功能的缺損，在學習上，更依賴觸覺上的媒材輔助。在作者遇到視障生時，就觀察到此方面學習嚴重的問題。 因此作者訪談視障巡迴老師、學生、家長，並實地走訪視巡老師推薦的台北市視障家長協會，了解目前關於立體圖形在體積方面的教法，整理目前各地所使用的方法，加上自己的創見，將立體圖形呈現方式依照比例大小製作成三種，分別是教具小積木、教具小積木加分解、不同材質小積木三種，搭配從數學教科書呈現的立體圖形中，精選出來十個代表形體，分別是一般初階立體圖(一)(二)、長柱狀型體、堆疊狀型體、挖空狀型體、深長挖空狀型體、階梯狀型體、挖空加變化狀型體、階梯加變化狀型體、前後對稱變化狀型體，大致依照簡單到複雜排列。藉著這三種教具（及課本原圖的對照）搭配十種圖形，不僅對視障者，也對一班無法藉由平面化呈現的立體圖形了解立體幾何的身障者提供幫助，這就是本輔具設計的動機。
