On your mark是日本團體恰克與飛鳥的一首暢銷曲目，該歌曲的MV是由日本動畫大師宮崎駿操刀運鏡，主要傳遞的想法是反核、愛與和平。老師應該先看一遍這MV，並且搭配學習單的引導，學生應該能夠理解當中的寓意。後半段的文章寫作可以適度改為引導式寫作，視學生程度而定。
