本課程以「國土測繪圖資服務雲」為核心工具，帶領學生從家鄉出發，認識地圖如何記錄生活空間與土地變遷的故事。課程實施透過互動循環教學方法「自學—思考—討論—表達—統整」五環教學流程，引導學生在操作、分析與討論中主動建構知識與培養獨立思考能力。課程共分為五個階段：第一階段學生學習使用「國土測繪圖資服務雲」進行地圖資料搜尋與不同圖層運用的操作，觀察與學校周邊的地形、交通與設施，了解生活圈的空間分布；第二階段以「國土測繪圖資服務雲」的地價資料為探究焦點，學生運用地圖比對不同地號，思考地價差異與交通、環境條件的關係；第三階段進入土地變遷議題，透過不同比例與年代的圖層（民國65年像片基本圖、109年航照圖、國土利用現況調查成果圖等），觀察鹽行地區從農業用地轉變為住宅與商業區的過程。在第四與第五階段，學生閱讀與影片學習三崁店地區的故事，理解糖廠、神社與諸羅樹蛙棲地的發現過程，並探討土地開發與生態保育的價值衝突。最後，學生以分組方式提出「如何兼顧地方發展與自然保育」的行動提案，作為課程統整成果。整體課程期望學生能運用地理知識與資料判讀能力，培養空間思考、環境關懷與公民責任感，理解「土地的價值不僅在於開發，更在於延續自然與文化的記憶。
