Hess Super Fun 3 Topic 1形形色色的職業透過介紹世界各國職業的特色，啟發學生地球村觀念，進而讓學生有世界觀，對流行服裝設計時尚有興趣。

先在視覺上和聽覺上讓學生知道(u, u_e)的差異，再利用劉慶剛教授在A New Prospective on English Vowels裡提的Vowel/Tongue Movement的概念，搭配教師的實際演練，讓學生察覺兩者發音的差異，體會發音的方式，進而能自己發出較正確的音，最後再搭配視覺的練習，達成形音一體的發音認知及技能
