As with most files in this pack, this would have been made starting with noise or a simple tone that was progressively mangled and resampled multiple times, primarily through abusing the Warp feature inside of Ableton Live. One of my favourites from this pack. This one was I think only one resample away from my sound "infected arcade" also in this pack.
