Recording ship main Engine is tricky,because the machine hall is filled by noise from a lot of diesel Engines e.g. Electric Power Whatever ou try, you cannot record to get same effects as you hear waking around on a big ship. I placed the microphone Close to thhe combustion tube system. The 38,000 HP Engine belongs to 200 meters long M/S Petunia.
