透過讓學生們先進行「遊戲比賽」，激發學生們對於體育課程的熱情，引導學生學習「戰術觀念」以及「體育技能」。以「學習者為主體」的思考方式翻轉教學，藉由老師設計的「遊戲課程」，學生在遊戲的過程中，發現問題，主動思考，並在老師的幫助下解決問題，讓學生就此愛上體育課。

在體育課程中，透過一些活動規則的修改，更能幫助學生們理解團隊的合作，藉由彼此的溝通互動，來營造一個友善的體育教學環境。本單元透過模擬劇的呈現，以及實際進行「性別平等教學」的教師分享，來陪伴大家一起思考，一同實現體育課中的「性別平等」。

理解身心動作教育的由來和課程內涵後，我們將實際用一些教學範例，讓師生們進一步了解何謂「身心動作遊戲」，透過實際教學的紀錄過程，輔以專家解說的方式，實際體驗遊戲教學的感受，進而喜愛上「身心動作教育」的課程內容。
