I chained my two Arturia MicroBrutes together by running the Gate Out of Brute A to the Gate In of Brute B, the Pitch out of Brute A to the Pitch In on the Mod Matrix of Brute B & the Audio Out from Brute B to the Audio In of Brute A. So I had a 2 Oscillator Synth, whereas before I had only a singly Oscillator :] The only drawback was that the B Synth wass responding pitched up quite a ways & I missed out on the Duophonic this set up would have were I to control the B Synth via MIDI in. But I figured out another way. I ran both of the MicroBrutes USB/MIDI into my LapTop... & used one of them as a MIDI controller for BOTH... & then ran the Audio of the second Brute into the first... then the combined audio of the first & second out & into my interface√ Much better results! Here’s another series of recordings I made with the 3nd patch I tuned in this experiment. Honolulu, Hawaii. Thunderbolt 1000A at the HNL airport. Located on Aolewa Place. Only the chopper sounded (the faint high pitched sound) but the blower and rotator didn't activate. Monday August 3, 2015 at 11:45 AM. You can hear a 2T22A in the background.
