"一、作品名稱：大眼瞪小眼-注意看。 二、製作單位：臺南市勝利小學三、作　　者：黃雪敏、楊若若四、適用領域：學習領域-注意力策略、動作機能訓練、語文領域五、適用對象：注意力缺陷過動學童。六、設計動機： 本次教材製作動機是源自教學過程中發現，注意力過動缺陷學童在進行競賽活動當中，為了能夠達到高分，通常都會壓抑自己的衝動，想盡辦法去完成答題。另外依據Schumaker 及 Deshler（2003）這兩位學者主張，認為書寫能力除了動作協調，更是涉及深層的專注力。另外發現，注意力過動缺陷學童由於先天的障礙影響學習的成效。小學階段的階段的學習，必須協調與統整語文、知覺、動作注意力以及認知能力。大腦在經歷千萬次以上迴路的刺激交互作用之後，才能輸出資訊。在這個歷程當中，視覺與聽覺注意力是學習的必要條件。而注意力缺陷過動的學童，在視覺處理的過程中，往往因為欠缺捕捉完整訊息的能力，造成學習上的困難。「大眼瞪小眼-注意看」乃爲能增加注意力過動缺陷的學生有更多元感官的學習經驗及樂趣，於是運用視覺辨識內容於電腦遊戲中，透過小朋友最喜歡玩的電腦做為工具，搭配小組的互動遊戲法，讓專注力訓練變成具挑戰性、新奇的操作練習，使學生們更有學習的動機。在教材設計中，同時也有單人操作的機制，這也兼顧到分組教學時，學生可以夠過這些遊戲獨立做自我監測。"
