As with most files in this pack, this would have been made starting with noise or a simple tone that was progressively mangled and resampled multiple times, primarily through abusing the Warp feature inside of Ableton Live. One of my favourites from this pack. I tend to keep my samples dry so I can effect them at a later date to fit the project at hand, but this one comes with some reverb which adds a lot in this case -- In fact I think the reverb was added part way through the sample creation, so it was a necessary element of the final output.
