Bubble wrap is not bubble wrap; its a protective layer, a thin filament to ensure satisfaction in consumption and the smooth continuation of the social. Popping Bubbly is the sound of bursting the immunological layer. It was recorded with a Tascam DR100mkii. It's bubble wrap. One sound taken from the 'Microblocks, vol.1' percussive found sound sample-pack. The sample-pack features 135 unique field recordings culled from the ordinary soundscapes of Santa Cruz, CA.
