To record this sound i was on the street where i heard a truck passing through i could capture the noise of the truck when is very close to me and also when it goes away. When i edited this noise i first cleaned the video so unwanted background noises wouldn't be there. For that i went to effects and selected auto heal selection. When i edited it, i first cleaned the sound, to make it sound nicer. Then i went to effects, amplitude and compression and then amplify, i put the gain at -40 so the sound wasn't as loud as it was. Lastly i went to effects again, but this time i clicked on noise reduction/restoration and i clicked noise reduction (process) where i selected only the parts that i wanted to lower the volume so it could go along as the rest of the sound.
