Based on the sound of a creaking door. We shortened it to keep the creaking part. It's an alternative version of the "Doorzilla Reborn" with a Paulstretch effect (Stretch : 10 / Resolution : 0.25) and less Tremolo. It is a bit long but I think it's good to create a tense ambience.
