Story behind this sound: I remember that I listened past this sound the first time I heard it back in the days, so I put it away somewhere in my sound library. But one day I came to think about it and looked it up again out of curiosity. I dug and finally found it, and when I heard it again I found it interesting. When I was a kid and played GTA: San Andreas, there was a shoot 'em up game (in the GTA-game itself), and this sound reminded me a LOT about the spacecraft shots from that game!
