Not really much you can say about this that can't be seen. It's three spoons, on a napkin. Two spoons under a ribbon, and one spoon (the middle spoon) above the ribbon. Each spoon has a different decorative handle, so they come from different sets I guess. Where are the other eating utensils? Mysterious!
