I think this is the mum (it could be a nanny) but she is taking care of these lovely little kids. At the time, kids clothes all looked like dresses so I wondered if the kid on the left was a boy, but the bonnet makes me think she is a girl. Who knows, and I suppose, who cares. They are enjoying the sunshine, soaking up the warm air.
