A man and woman of yesteryear dance the night away. The man faces the viewer, pride in his young eyes glistening. The woman, a bit shy tonight, faces away from the viewer; looking steadily into the eyes of her lover. And then after the dance they are going to get drunk on wine. And then she spills some on his shirt, and he is a bit vain, so he complains. She doesn't like boys that complain, so she will stop talking to him. They won't keep dancing, they won't get engaged, and so of course won't get married. They won't give birth to a little boy, that won't grow up to be your neighbor's grandfather. In fact, you will never have that neighbor because they never were and never will be.
