The title of Kang Hsuan Book 3 Lesson 5 is ―"what do you plan to do? " Thelesson topic is mainly about encouraging students to help people and caringabout the world. The dialogue and reading passage of L5 provide ways tohelp the people and the environment. Therefore, this teaching plan isdesigned not only to help students understand what they can do to make theworld become a better place but also to lead them to know the issue ofrainforest by reading the story book―The Great Kapok Tree. As a result,making students to care about the environmental issues is the focus of thisteaching plan.

萬聖節的延伸補充。針對時下流行的吸血鬼青少年文學做入門介紹。使用"向達倫大冒險首部曲:鬼不理的助手"小說的漫畫版。將英文漫畫作大綱編排，讓學生自我延伸故事架構。(一)增進英文閱讀和會話(二)同時帶出FREE WILL的西方論點，進而促使學生積極思考人生自我價值。教材參考 Shan, Darren. Circle Du Freak. TYrans. Stephan Paul. Yen Press: NY, 2009.

利用電子白板高互動性的特性，設計出圖文配合和翻翻樂的學習活動，讓學生從遊戲中加深對5R的記憶和辨識。以電腦選號增加刺激性和趣味性，完成者立即鼓勵回饋，建立學生自信心以及挑戰心。學生可以完成內含環保概念的完整英文句子之後，配合世界地球日四十周年所舉辦的「十億個綠行動」活動。活動內容是到官方網站以英文寫下一句你可以為地球做的事。我們在電子白板上示範如何寫下要執行得行動（當然是透過英語），同時也閱讀觀摹其他人所張貼的行動語句。 加深加廣讓學生吸取更多英文句子，這不是照本宣科，而是真正use the language與世界地球村民互動、溝通、分享。
