由於學生都是排灣族，希望透過他們平日穿著傳統服飾參加部落節慶的經驗，進而辨認排灣族男女服飾的特色。此外，希望透過簡單的英語教學中，也能讓學生對排灣族服飾有進一步的認識，進而了解並尊重自己的文化。
