作者：花蓮縣鑄強國小 張惠雯.盧紀伊我們人體每天需要攝取各種不同的食物，我們每天所吃的食物，供給我們各種不同的營養，有均衡的飲食，才能長得健康強壯。每位學生每天都吃食物，但卻不一定認得食物的長相及分類，透過此教學單元，教學者希望學生可以認識食物的名稱，也能知道六大類食物均衡攝取的概念。

健康的身體是一切的根本，所以讓孩子學會如何好好維護自己的健康是非常重要的事。近年來學童近視率節節升高、齲牙的狀況也不少，因此特別設計「健康守護者」此主題(包含「護眼小專家」及「寶貝我的牙齒」兩個活動)，希望孩子對視力及口腔的保健能更了解與重視，並落實在生活中。

小朋友對躲避球是既期待又怕受傷害,所以以人型立牌取代真人,練習擲準,並加入學生喜歡的丟水球活動,來訓練膽量與傳球默契,結合藝術與人文領域創作大型繪畫作品,希望學生能從遊戲中達到快樂學習的目的.
