本模組課程是透過各種食安事件，引導學生覺察食安事件與我們的生活的確是息息相關的，並能從中思考如何選擇安全的食物。此外在藥品與化妝品的使用上，也期望能引導學生思考誤用帶來的嚴重後果，進而思考生活中如何安全的使用。而本課程透過角色立場的扮演，讓學生思考食安事件背後，各角色立場都有其在意的事，而在意的事若因不恰當的作法，就會造成不好的結果，進而撼動著整個社會的健康與安全問題。透過活動參與、分組討論、角色扮演、腦力激盪，引導學生換位思考。並期望課程的最後，學生能夠思考不同角色，其實都可以做出好的選擇，並將這樣的學習成果，回到生活中影響身邊的人，讓食安事件被大眾重視，也能因應各個角色立場，提出合宜的作法與行動。

子題一 快樂小農夫：藉有機菜園的設立，讓學生分組並分配工作，學習團體活動與親自動手栽種蔬菜，實踐體驗團體默契與勞動的辛苦和樂趣。透過省思活動讓孩子能瞭解何謂「栽培」，讓孩子「體驗」他對菜園的付出的心力，「省思」就有如爸媽、老師對孩子的照顧，無微不至。延伸活動，將自己栽種的蒜頭與蔥為主角，發揮創意、想像力編織成故事。子題二 愛我家鄉，戀戀溪尾情：配合愛我家鄉徵稿活動引導出學生對自己家鄉的情感，並適時地抒發自己的感受，表達對家鄉的鄉土情。藉此，培養學生隨處留心觀察四周景象的習慣。延伸活動，作文美編。子題三 「蒜」算看：設計教學情境，經由社區物產重量、單價、總價與計算，老師佈題，讓學童學習熟悉數與量的除法運算，達到“生活數學，數學生活”的目標。子題四 蔥蒜成長紀：藉由觀察蒜頭與蔥的成長歷程，善用長期觀察能力，分辨蔥蒜大不同，並體認「生命的成長」，落實有機菜園的教學，透過永續校園環境教育各項活動的推展，期待孩子能從做中學，從活動中體會大自然的重要及奧妙，進而尊敬大自然，對這片土地多一份愛。子題五 蔥蒜了不起：現今的孩童處在速食廣告的環境之下，往往攝取過多高熱量、高蛋白的食物，造成營養過剩，導致肥胖；亦有些孩童經常偏食，造成營養攝取不足，因此本教案配合國小四上健康與體育中的「營養素」單元，教導學童從六大營養素中均衡的飲食，認識蒜頭和蔥所的營養素，進而了解健康的意義。 子題六 創意繪本：說話、寫作都是表達看法的方式，而繪畫也是一種表達看法、宣洩情緒的方式之一，皆是經歷了觀察、體驗而選擇用說的或用畫的、寫作的方式來表達或溝通，而繪本巧妙的結合了語文與繪畫。在小朋友常接觸的童書繪本中，小朋友不僅僅能從優美的語句及繪者用心的經營畫面中學習關於人文的關懷、奧妙的知識外，在語文能力及繪畫的描繪、欣賞能力都有相當程度的提升。 在欣賞之餘，不如起而行，發揮自己的創意(語文的、美勞的)運用以前所學的繪畫技巧、善用心靈的眼睛觀察自己的周遭、一些些天馬行空的靈感來完成一本屬於自己獨一無二的繪本。

利用活動引導讓學生能發現他人的優點，適度調整自己的交友方式，反思什麼樣的特質更容易交到朋友，並發掘自己的優點。

老師運用於班級經營的好工具:1.當學生有良好表現時可以給予加分或減分。(只要點一下小圖示即可加分)2.也可同時給多名同學加減分。3.可同時在網站上或平板、手機中操作。4.並可開設不同的班級，適合科任老師任教多個班級的情況。 林加振 ClassDojo 1.老師可設定好加分或減分的項目，加分如：回答正確、作業書寫良好、上課認真、準時上課、攜帶學用品等。2.減分如：發言未舉手、上課遲到、未繳交作業等。當學生有良好或不當表現可以立即記錄下來。3.同時有多名學生表現良好時，也可同時進行加減分，十分方便。4.每位小朋友可以有代表自己的小圖示，除了使用內建的阿凡達外，甚至可以上傳自己的圖案，如第一組是海綿寶寶隊，老師可以上傳自己設計的海綿寶寶照片。5.每隔一段時間再做統計與結算。只要不清除記錄，記錄並不會消失，可以持續加減分。可以省去以前運用紙本登記點數或蓋章的方式，不僅省時而且快速。6.這是個非常受到老師們歡迎的班級經營小工具。加上加減分時發出的動畫及聲音效果，小朋友們也會非常喜愛這樣的集點制度。
