web酸與鹼之美麗的相遇
本教案以康軒版五上自然與生活科技第三單元─「水溶液」中活動2：「水溶液的酸鹼性」為基礎，並配合利用不同酸、鹼性水溶液中加入紫色高麗菜汁會改變其顏色之特性，讓學生能透過藝術創作，讓觀念更加融會貫通。 在實施本教案前，學生必須具有以下之先備知識：(1) 能說出水溶液的定義，並知道水溶液有酸性、鹼性、中性三種不同性質。。(2) 能配製出不同的水溶液，並能說出分辨水溶液的方法。(3) 能使用石蕊試紙測試不同水溶液之酸鹼性。(4) 了解並能說出石蕊試紙遇上不同酸鹼性水溶液之變色情形。 本堂課一開始利用Kahoot複習學生的舊經驗，讓學生在遊戲中輕鬆的學習，接著進入到本節課之重點，讓學生們在糖水、鹽水、汽水、醋、小蘇打水和石灰水中分別加入紫色高麗菜汁，並觀察該6種水溶液分別造成紫色高麗菜汁產生不同顏色的變化，將其觀察記錄在表格中，並做出歸納統整，接著比較紫色高麗菜汁與石蕊試紙在檢測各水溶液的酸鹼性上結果是否一致。 最後，運用剛習得之觀念，利用紫色高麗菜汁遇上6種不同的水溶液會改變顏色的特性，在輕鬆的藝術創作下，繪出一張張自製的書籤，並能夠從中學會欣賞並尊重他人作品的態度。
