A mid-sized waterfall flowing into a gentle stream. This is near the road by the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone. The timbre of this smaller fall is higher than the roar of the large waterfall. And you can just make out the gurgling of the stream. But, in general, this kind of thing sounds a bit like static. Sorry it's so short, there was a lot of wind and people talking. This sample was recorded right below the crown of Pinsapo de las Escaleretas monumental tree, at 1000 m above the sea on Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park (Ronda, S Spain) during an unusually warm autumn. Sennheiser MKH60 + MKH30 into Shure FP24 preamplifier, PCM M10 recorder. Decoded to Mid-side stereo with free Voxengo VST plugin.
