I need a quick cough sound effect in the background of a video so I recorded this. I cough a couple of times on my build in computer microphone. Not the best quality but it gets the job done if it's in the background.

a night time ambience at the beautiful Srah Srang reservoir in the middle of the Angkor Park. even though it is currently the rainy season it has not been raining for several days. therefore the ambience captured at this specific time of the year seems to be somewhat muted. although, this provided us with a quite clear recording in which one can distinguish easily between all protagonists: frogs, cicadas and crickets as well as humans, dogs and motorised vehicles.there was no other light than the stars and the reflections of the city of Siem Reap on the sky on the horizon. the moon has not risen yet at the time of the recording.The equipment used for this recording was: the Roland R-05 field recorder and the roland CS-15S stereo microphones. During July and August, the sound of the cicadas is very common in Cyprus and any other countries where the Summers are hot. They start singing from sunrise and they stop after sunset. In places where there are a lot of people such as open restaurants and cafes and there are lights on, they could sing until midnight.Recorded on Friday 24th of July at about 4 o'clock.I used my nexus5 phone for this recording.
