This sound represent a sonar of submarine approaching an enemy, it can be used in a war movie or even in a video game by the very synthetic sound of this track.For this, i created a sound frequency 440, amplitude 0.8 then, i used an increase of the envelope of this sound in several places to create a sharp sound corresponding to the detection of the enemy. I also added a reverberation because we are in a submarine and to finish, i accelerated the speed to announce that he is near and i duplicate this part many times.

Stages of Production :Hybrid sound, half synthetic and half recording. The recorded sound is one of a silver ring striking a metal ashtray, with very few modifications to make it more “robotic”. ( First sound heard)Sound to which I punctually added a synthetic frequency of 392 hz to create this kind of very aggressive alarm.I modified the frequency by changing at the same time the height, and the tempo. I also added a reverberation and a fade out to make it fit in.As regards the final explosion, I combined a white noise and the “wahwah” effect proposed by Audacity.This sound corresponds, at first, to the ultimate alarm system, warning of an imminent danger. I added the explosion at the end, so that the notion of danger can be well understood.Descriptif (selon la typologie de Schaeffer) :Selon la typologie de Schaeffer, l’objet sonore créé enchaîne plusieurs impulsions toniques (N’) et se termine sur un continu complexe (X)Code correspondant : N’ puis XAnalyse morphologique de l’objet sonore : 1) MasseLes sons proposés peuvent, selon moi, être qualifiés de « groupes toniques » suivi d’un « son seul complexe. »2) Timbre harmoniqueLe premier aspect qui me vient à l’esprit à l’écoute de ce son, est une matière éclatante, nette et filiforme. Variations de hauteurs très agressives qui incluent un sentiment d’urgence, et qui se terminent sur un continu complexe très identifiable.
