Also used vocalised explosion sounds and edited it heavily to remove the recognisable 'vocal' sounds. Many explosions are variations of each other, and have been layered together and pitch shifted for diversity.

藝術雙年展與其他一般展演的差異到底為何？有些人認為雙年展僅僅是個簡單的公式：“eflux廣告＋（預算×展出空間÷藝術家人數）”。但有些人認為雙年展的重要性在於藝術可能性，營造出不明確的暫時情境，讓藝術意義重新生產。以後者的概念作為前提，2010台北雙年展發展下列概念，重新架構傳統雙年展形式：2010台北雙年展參展藝術家們在展演過程中會有更大更多的介入。除了展出新作之外，藝術家將發揮他們多面向的才能， 如教育、社會行動、田野調查、工作坊、甚至共同策展。在接下來幾個月，藝術家共同決議台北雙年展的面貌。2010台北雙年展從以往歷屆雙年展計畫發展檢驗雙年展本身的歷史機制。我們將邀請過去參展藝術家批判的回應其作品，企圖呈現台北雙年展縱向及橫向的歷史及在地關照。台北雙年展包含多元的展演計畫，以限地製作、新作、過程性作品、及論述空間生產等等不同方式展開展演現實。2010台北雙年展以複合的時間感呈現事件式的展演活動，並且讓展覽的效用能在閉幕之後繼續延續，發展持續發酵的有效性的行動及展演計畫。為了讓藝術生產及其基底能在城市中產生串聯效應，台北多處獨立藝術空間及組織將與雙年展合作各種不同的計畫、展演、事件及行動。呼應實驗性策展概念，邀請批判性的專業人士參與「人造衛星計畫」， 並積極回應雙年展本身的問題，並在展演間產生深度之介入活動。因為「藝術的生產狀態」就是原本雙年展就應該處理及因應的問題，2010台北雙年展將不會有任何制式的展覽標題。如果雙年展不同的美學及政治的標題讓各個雙年展有所殊異；那麼，我們所關心的是：雙年展本身更精確更有效的模式？畢竟，一般雙年展的目標可以利用別的方式更有效解決，例如：城市行銷、專業社群的培植、社會行動的訴求等， 可是一般雙年展在這方面的成果相當令人失望。這說明了雙年展的‘工具性’在當代的失效，更別說其藝術是否能產生任何效用。2010台北雙年展正是從反思雙年展本身作為契機的實驗。
