this is a set of 23 very brief synthetic sounds i created for a series of radio plays on national public radio germany (deutschlandradio.de). most of them are trivial because i just pressed a key on my keyboard. others are slightly more complex because i changed parameters in realtime. two kinds of software synthesizers are active here: absynth (by brian clevenger) and reaktor 6 (by stephan schmitt).

This pack samples a Middle-Eastern hand drum called an Udu. To achieve a stereo effect, two drums of different pitches were assigned to the left and right channels. Recorded articulations include a low open tone, a high open tone, a strike on the drum's shell, and a pitch bend. You can also find seperately a basic rhythm loop if you browse my other uploaded files. Feedback is welcome and appreciated. Enjoy!
