Hunting dogs with bells on their collars in secluded valley kennels bark and howl as the hunter arrives to feed them in the evening. Birds sing their evening chorus. Barks echo in the valley. This was recorded in my yard in the suburbs of Hastings, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand.It was recorded at around 6pm on a Saturday evening in September 2016 with a Zoom H4n. You can hear my neighbour's dog barking, and birds tweeting.
