This is an on-site recording of the audio from an artwork called The Lake by Julie Freeman. The work used real-time fish movement data to create sound and animation. This is the sound of paper being cut on a paper cutter (like at Kinko's). I created this with a zoom H5n and the wind guard from a shotgun mic. I brushed the wind guard against the built-in x-y zoom mics.
