A charioteer ready for battle. It is in fact a Maryannu, a member of a "caste of chariot-mounted hereditary warrior nobility which existed in many of the societies of the Middle East during the Bronze Age", according to the Wikipedia. It is actually a troop from Ocastudios' Public Domain card game Attack the Tower (ocastudios.com/attack-the-tower/print-and-play/).
