I´ve recorded this sound produced by a large water wheel of 4 meters diameter, in the historical part of Augsburg Bavaria, part of town where early industry and work shops used water energy for different purposes. This water wheel does not drive any gear any more, it is just for to give an impression of that old water driven industry. The wheel is driven by one of many former industry channels, small rivers through that part of town.
