I totally screwed this one up, it's a re-do at some point in time. Another heavily processed cam stream recording, (almost complete silence), exactly what it is, is quite irrelevant, but it's mine, all mine. Nothing particularly happening, hence the amount of effect processing. Amplified first in Cool Edit by 100dB to unearth hidden sounds. Processed next with dtblkfx. Contrast @50%, ConstShift @-53.3Hz, Squares Scale @50%, slight Smear 5%. All effects applied across the entire spectrum. Further processed with Ozone 4, Reflect and Waves Reverb.
