I thought we didn't have enough health images illustrating pregnency. This is a third trimester anatomy drawing of what a baby inside the mother might look like. This is based on an illustration from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that was not listed as an outside source so it should clearly be in the public domain. I have tried to adapt it somewhat to be more usable as a vector clipart image. Technically this shows a somewhat naked woman, but being that it is not intended as anything sexual and is simply an anatomical drawing, I have decide I should not be marking this as nsfw.
