mindmeister是一個實用的線上繪製心智圖工具，免費帳號有張數的限制，而付費帳號則沒有限制。製作心智圖的同時，可以邀請其他使用者線上觀看，或協作編輯，成品可以輸出成圖片、PDF等多種格式。搭配google drive的使用，編輯好的檔案存在於google drive裏頭，可以直接開始便會呼叫這程式。 吳國榮 mindmeister 可以繪製心智圖的工具很多，在教國語的時候常常需要講解整體概念便會繪製心智圖，而mindmeister的好處在於線上編輯不用下載軟體，儲存也存於雲端帳號，並且可以在平板下載mindmeister app，這樣只要編輯好的心智圖，就可以透過行動載具開啟，例如像我使用ipad投影在布幕時，便利用IPAD開啟編輯好的心智圖講解，並且也可以做編輯，十分方便。

Google Drive（雲端硬碟）提供免費5GB線上儲存空間，它可以從PC桌面軟體即時同步你電腦中的檔案，也有行動載具App讓你從行動裝置讀取這些檔案。另外它也是從google docs衍伸而來，所以可以將線上編輯的文件共享，並且不佔雲端硬碟空間，可以配合web app的應用軟體，將其產生的檔案存在google drive中。 吳國榮 google drive 在教學上除了可以儲存管理班級的資料，不用隨身碟且能隨時利用手機或平板開啟檔案。另外還可以利用google docs的表單功能，製作簡易的投票系統，將學生的投票結果轉成excel做統計資料！ 另外還可以利用分享的功能做成小組討論的效果！尤其適合有未來教室筆電或平板的班級，我先利用建立五個google docs檔案並設成分享，將網址連結到班級部落格，上課的時候只要學生連結到班級部落格，就可以分組去回答問題，老師可以在學生回答完之後利用投影檢討各組的答案！ 這樣的好處在於學生不用存檔(google docs會自動儲存)、即時(學生的答案可以透過平板或電腦直接投影在布幕做討論)、分組合作討論！

「雲端技術」是現下很風行的一項技術，就連做筆記也要雲端一下，雲端記事本《Evernote》可以讓我們透過軟體或是網站直接建立記事並同步到雲端伺服器上，不論是檔案、圖片、文字通通都記的住，隨手記下看到的東西，就算換了一臺電腦隨時都能直接從雲端伺服器上讀取，相當方便哦。 黃信源 Evernote ※網路應用： 老師在教學時，若需要學生去網路上搜尋課堂上之延伸資料，可利用evernote將搜尋到的資料擷取記錄在雲端筆記簿中，學生就不需要將搜尋到的資料用紙本筆記簿記下資料，或利用列表機把資料列印出來。 ※平板電腦或手機應用： 有時可能老師在平常突然有一個教學上的點子或走路時突然看到一個畫面需要拍攝下來，這些創意可能回到家裡已經忘記了，這時就可以將這些創意記錄在evernote雲端筆記簿中，會到家以後可以打開筆記簿繼續做編輯。 ※跨平臺的優勢 evernote最好的優勢就是跨平臺，不管是 pc、mac、或手機上都可以同步化，是相當方便編輯的一套軟體

「Mindjet」在心智圖編輯上擁有更多可以讓心智圖更好看（包含美觀與實用）的自訂功能，製作完成的心智圖除了可以匯出成純文字與圖片，也可以選擇適合Freemind、Xmind、MindManager的檔案格式輸出；並且，它與Android的Dropbox App很好的整合在一起，也可以在Dropbox中直接取用心智圖檔案來編輯，編輯完成就自動同步回Dropbox。 mindjet也有android版本，所以是跨平台的軟體，可以滿足不同載具的使用。 黃信源 Mindjet 在上課之前總是喜歡用心智圖幫同學建立起課程的輪廓，這樣可以讓學生以圖形化的方式來理解上課內容，如此學生在學習時比較不會迷路。現在的各科版本也幾乎都有推出概念構圖，到了學期中帶學生到電腦教室以心智圖來繪製自己所學到的知識，通常在pc端的軟體會使用xmind,在行動載具上跨平台的軟體就會使用「mindjet」這套軟體來檢視和編輯心智圖，是套好用的雲端心智圖軟體。
