app租絲馬跡－整合社群與地圖的校園租屋App
此系統的目的是為了給學生最真實的房屋第一手資訊。利用整合學生租屋經驗的分享、學校優質租屋及房東三方資訊，擴展整個專屬學生的租屋參考地圖，更提供租屋媒合以及房屋接替之平台，改善租屋時所遇到的困擾，遠離惡質房東，幫助學生更快融入陌生的校園環境。未來也希望能推廣至各大校園裡，打造友善的校園租屋環境！若能成功的投入各大校園後，甚至還有機會商業化，例如向放置廣告的房東收費、清潔或搬家公司之合作，甚至是結合校區附近店家優惠等等。期待「租絲馬跡」能夠順應4G的發展，為學生們帶來新的租屋方式。 租絲馬跡－整合社群與地圖的校園租屋App 透過App做為交流租屋資訊的平台，讓學生了解租屋實際上會碰到很多層面的問題，教導學生在面臨租屋時，應該注意哪些地方，提高學生的防範能力。
